If you have a concern about the care you receive while a patient at UNC Health Blue Ridge that has not been resolved by the staff providing service to you, please call the Patient Relations Department, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Valdese 828-879-7518 or at Morganton 828-580-5599. The presentation of a complaint will not have an adverse effect on a patient’s current care or future access to care at UNC Health Blue Ridge.
